Comedy! Jazz! Improv! Cabaret! It’s all here in one show.
Julia Scotti, a veteran comedian with over 20 years in the business, has been thinking, and that’s always dangerous.
The Comedy Test Kitchen is a new twist on an old idea. This free-wheeling, cross-breed cabaret, with its heavy emphasis on spontaneity, invites musicians, singers, and other comedians to join in and jam with its cast of comedy regulars every Wednesday night from 8-10 pm.
This is a very Jazz Friendly room...so players and singers, if you’ve got chops that need a workout, this is the place!
We’re hoping that Julia Scotti’s Comedy Test Kitchen at the Dark Horse Pub will become the place for performers of all stripes and types to come in, kick back, and do the things they love the most!
